About the author

Craig Aberle is the author of Homeownership on Steroids (Available November 2026).  He has been a landlord and real estate investor since 1997 and currently resides in Denver Colorado where he skis, bikes and hikes regularly.

His real estate background includes owning and operating numerous residential rental properties as well as being a licensed real estate agent in multiple states. He has had properties in NJ, PA, FL and CO. He has also done property development, condo conversions, and tax lien foreclosure.  He has owned rent controlled buildings and had Section 8 tenants.  Presently he is a semi-retired owner-occupant landlord.

Craig has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, has founded and built several businesses, and is a three time INC 500 winner (MicroBiz Corp – 1993, 94, 95) and also a CCIM (commercial real estate designation).
